Photos 4 Life Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and images created during school, sports, and event photography sessions. All images are protected under United States copyright law.

All photographs taken by Photos 4 Life Studios remain the exclusive intellectual property of Photos 4 Life Studios. Purchasing prints or digital images grants the client a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Images may not be:

• Sold
• Altered or edited beyond basic cropping
• Used for commercial purposes
• Submitted to contests or publications
• Distributed for business or promotional use

Without prior written permission.

Photos 4 Life Studios may use photographs for promotional and portfolio purposes, including but not limited to:

• Website galleries
• Social media platforms
• Marketing materials
• Advertising
• Sample displays

We take care to use images respectfully and professionally.

For school and youth photography services, consent is typically coordinated through the school, organization, or program hosting the event.

Parents or legal guardians may opt out of promotional use of their child’s image by submitting a written request:

• Prior to photo day
• Or within fourteen (14) days after the photography session

If an opt-out request is received, the image will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes moving forward.

Images are stored using reasonable security measures and are only shared for service fulfillment, gallery access, and order processing. We do not sell photographs or personal image data.

If a parent or guardian wishes to revoke previously granted consent for promotional use, they may contact us in writing. While we will make reasonable efforts to remove future usage, previously distributed or printed marketing materials may not be retractable.
