All images produced remain the intellectual property of Photos 4 Life Studios and are protected by copyright laws. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only and may not reproduce, alter, resell, or distribute images for commercial purposes without written permission. Photography dates, deliverables, pricing, and turnaround times are subject to written agreement. Payments are due as specified at the time of booking or ordering. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Photos 4 Life Studios is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, facility restrictions, subject cooperation, or technical failures.
